Jade Palace Restaurant

It is a real treat when I get a chance to visit Jade Palace!!! Their food is delicious!! The restaurant may not be fancy, but the food is first class.

A nice and comfortable place to eat. Generous portions. The price is good. The food is what you’d expect at an American Chinese place. The BBQ pork and curry dishes were delicious. Some of the deep fried dishes have a lot of extra flour and grease... But overall it tastes good!

It was nice to be there on Easter Sunday. Not Every cares about or celebrates Easter. To Dismay nearly the entire county was closed. Thank you for being open. We sat next to bigoted & racist loud mouthed Christian extremist family that ruined this visit..in most places that would be a hate crime . Due to their loud mouth we did not enjoy the establishment as we usually do. They stared and made funny faces too. I wish all of Maine enforced rules against such behavior. Most of downstate Maine Does as do the surrounding states do. Wish we never moved North . On a good note this is an excellent restaurant with food equaling the same level of Boston or Vermont. A minority of ignorant people will not Change our high ratings for this fine establishment.

Food is fresh, very nice staff, it is clean. They offer Chinese and American dishes. So it is perfect for the whole family. A hidden gem in Caribou, Maine. Left full and with left overs for less than a meal at McDonalds. My little girl spilled her drink and felt so bad. The staff worked to make her feel better even gave her a beautiful sugar crystal sucker.

Entering, we were greeted with a smiling face. Really clean and smelled so good of food we couldn't wait to order. We were waited on by a very friendly and accommodating waitress, I wish I could remember her name. The food was fantastic! Very generous servings as well. I will say the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce was very different from here in Texas but very good regardless. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

all the food that I ordered was very delicious. all the recommendations from the waitress named Ricky were all delicious. I ordered orange chicken, sesame beef and boneless ribs all were delicious and the chili sauce was also very delicious. Ricky's service was very friendly and excellent. this will be my favorite restaurant here.

Our family had such an amazing meal here! We have come here before but last nights food and service was so exceptional that we had to leave a review we showed up at dinner time on Friday and the place was PACKED and despite that they still found a nice spot for our family of 7 to sit and be comfortable . Our order was taken pretty quickly and the food was well worth the reasonable wait time for how busy it was . We asked for our food extra crispy and they did not disappoint. We ordered fried dumplings and they were so crispy and juicy , and all the different chickens we tried were all amazing in their own way .The portions were huge and the food was delicious and hot . We had such a great experience I would highly recommend to anybody ( especially family's) to try this place out if you want top notch Chinese food and Great service! In my opinion it's easily the best Chinese food anywhere

Food never disappoints. Tastes good. Looks good. Good portions. Decent pricing. Staff wanted to be anywhere but there it seemed. Gossiped for 20 minutes, before remember our appetizers that we had to ask for.. Literally after 7 minutes, fries and soup have already been done for 4. Trust me. And they weren't busy. This place used to be popping. Pretty quiet and dead now. **also, how is there no tofu?? **needs more vegetarian options**
